Additional meals:
Lunch and dinner are not included in the daily B&B rate but can be arranged on request at an additional cost. All meals are prepared at the villa by our private chef and can be personalised to your taste or dietary requirements.
Check-in/check-out times:
● Check-in time is 14h00. Every effort will be made to ensure the villa is available upon arrival, however should you wish to guarantee an early arrival, you would be required to book for an additional night prior to your scheduled arrival.
● Check-out time is 11h00. A late check-out is subject to availability and can only be confirmed on-site on the day of departure. Should you wish to guarantee a late check-out, you would be required to book an additional night.
Payments:
● A 50% Refundable Deposit is payable within 14 days of confirmation.
● The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival (Non-Refundable).
● Booking within 60 days of travel, full payment is required (Non Refundable).
Peak Season payments: (20 December to 10 January)
● A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable within 14 days of confirmation.
● Balance is due 3 months (90 days) prior to arrival (Non-Refundable).
● For bookings made within 3 months (90 days) of arrival, full payment is required.
● If booked within 60 days of travel, full payment is required (Non-Refundable).
Payments terms:
● If full payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
● Payment for accommodation can be made either via a direct wire transfer or by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
● Should Stonewood Hideaway receive a secondary enquiry against provisional/unconfirmed bookings, we will endeavour to make contact with you in order for the booking to be confirmed or released. A response within 24 hours will be required failing which the booking will be automatically released.
Cancelations:
● Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: a 10% administration fee will be charged (i.e. 50% of the deposit amount will be retained).
● Cancellation less than 60 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
